This concept is far superior to folding methods that do not use counterparts or use simple punch and guide systems. OYSTAR A+F has taken advantage of the aforementioned technologies to introduce a real innovation: the production of a separable tray which has 8 stacking corners. By simply tearing off the center tab, a 20‘s tray, for example, can be divided into two separate 10‘s trays, each having 4 stacking corners.

With its accuracy in form and dimensions, this tray system not only offers the flexibility to make the product available in the quantity required but also provides additional stability in pallet building and subsequent transportation.
