For full reconditioning, the machines are completely dismantled, all worn parts and damaged mechanical parts are replaced. In addition, electrical and electronic parts are replaced. The machines conform to German legislation as UVV, VDE, and others, and even comply with the safety and health requirements of the EU Machinery Directive when delivered to EU countries.
The operational safety check is a good alternative and much cheaper than complete overhaul. Defective parts are replaced, and within extremely short time the machine is ready for shipment.
