BF Series Cup Filler - Rotary Design
OYSTAR Hamba's rotary cup fill and seal packaging machines are designed for the Food, Dairy, and Beverage Industries with a wide range of product characteristics such as liquid to pasty products and dry to granular products. The rotary machinery are manufactured in 1, 2, and 3 lane design, up to 3 CIP-able fillers, and heat sealing with various capping options (foil, foil with a flat lid, and foil with a snap-on lid).

Machine type BF 5112 for the Food and Dairy Industries with 3 CIP-able fillers, heat-sealing foil with a snap-on lid closure can produce up to 10,000 cups/hour (depending on fill quantity and product characteristics).
Machine type BF 5110 for the Dairy Industry (spreadable fat) with a 3 lane design can produce up to 4,500 kg/hour (depending on fill quantity and product characteristics).
